Due to the sensitive hand crafted nature of our products as well as the current COVID-19 pandemic, refunds and exchanges are not allowed on any item at this time. But we are more than confident that you will love your products so much that you wouldn't want to give them back anyway.
We take deliberate and great pride when packing your order for shipment. So, if your order is received damaged, please reach out to us at info@sherodmarquez.com with a picture of your damaged item along with your order number and we will replace it for you - please do not send back your damaged item. We are confident that you will be honest and integral when requesting a replacement due to shipping damages. :-)
We have added extra measures to help prevent unauthorized and fraudulent sales on our website. if you feel that you have been a victim of identity theft with a purchase through our webstore please contact your financial institution immediately to file a claim and they will then research and settle the issue on your behalf.
