COVID -19 Prevention & Safety Measures

    Because of the handcrafted nature of all our products and due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we want you to know that we take the creation, handling and processing of every order extremely serious with the utmost precautionary measures. 

    Gloves, masks, hair nets, safety goggles and aprons are always worn and our work space is kept impeccably clean and sanitized multiple times a day due to the constant shipping and receiving of packages that we as a business must handle as a part of our daily operations.

   Absolutely no one is allowed to enter the work space or create or pack any product if they are not feeling well - no matter what the cause may be and no matter what their temperature may be; if a team member is not feeling well, they simply cannot enter the work space or handle any merchandise.

   We take great pride in keeping ourselves healthy and as safe as possible, as well as our clients. To prevent cross contamination and possible exposure to COVID-19, product exchanges or returns are not allowed at this time. But, we are very confident that you will love all of your products and wouldn't want to return them anyway :-)
